I said it on the last page. Our staff and Auburn passed on him. Clearly they don't think he is.

sorry..I did not look at last page. I thought I was up to date on my pages. You can't coach 7 feet and we offered the sweede and the guy who just left us..This guy can't be any worse off then those two were the day they hit campus.

Can anybody fill me in on who is on, or is committed to, the team right now? I tried to read through this thread but there's a ton of info and I don't know any of the recruits names.

Who else? I haven't been keeping up due to my disgust. But, as we get closer to tipoff, I'll talk myself into believing that Grant might turn it around.

We added 6'10 Jimmie Taylor, 6'7 Shannon Hale, and 6'4ish Algie Key.
We also added transfers Ricky Tarrant and Michael Kessens who have to sit out.

I have no idea about the the guy you're talking about, but there are many many 7 footers out there that can't even come close to the Swede in ability. Not saying the Swede is good, just that there are plenty of terrible 7-footers who are beyond help.

If we aren't able to get at least two of Coleman, Norris, and Lee, I don't see any way to justify keeping Grant even if we make the tournament this season. You can bring in a transfer or JUCO every couple of years to put a bandaid on an area of weakness, but that will eventually backfire and leave you with 7 scholarship players and 2 incoming recruits. OH WAIT!
