He did look a little annoyed. Still trying to throw bombs every play.

Attendance estimated at 62,219. Some of the skyboxes must be REALLY full of people.

People forget, Aday is a family event. It's certainly likely that 60,000 some odd folks came through those gates, but only 2/3 or even 1/2 were watching from the stands at any particular time. The Spring game doesn't necessitate watching every single play (especially when it's on youtube in HD a few days later), and between the bathrooms, restaurants, museums, etc. that are in the stadium, you can certainly have 10,000-20,000 strolling around doing stuff inside that monolith structure. Also, a number of fans are going to be wanting to do stuff outside the stadium as well, but they did enter the stadium at some point.

Folks act like your spring game attendance is the max number of butts in seats at one moment in time, and that ain't it.

You and I watched 2 different games.

Our first unit passing game wasn't crisp, but the biggest issues were dropped passes and protection. We also never ran the ball to create balance. Pass rushers can pin their ears back.

At some point in time, bad hottakes become stupid asstakes.

When is Tua going to learn that a 5 yard catch + a 50 yard run after catch is just as good as a 55 yard bomb and a helluva lot more high percentage completion?

Anoma seemed to spend a lot of time in the backfield. That could be good or bad if you're judging the LT position. I see it as getting pressure on the QB is a good thing.

Not confused...but Annoyed and disinterested is a better way to put it. He didnt have much time and when he did he was going for HR or ball was dropped.

Tua looking for TDs on every throw.

This is my only problem with him. Sometimes a check down keeps the sticks moving.

Tua getting talked about the way Jalen used to.

Time is a flat circle.

Saban must have lit it up at the press conference after the game

Zero worries about Tua from me. But you could tell IMO that he knew it was a spring game.

Not that upvotes or downvotes matter at all, because they don't. In any way, shape, or form. And any person who looks for those buttons regularly is a loser.

But why in the world would a Bama fan dowvnote a post justifying logically a 60,000 some odd attendance figure? That's not that many people, and obviously not everyone is sitting in the stands at every moment of a spring game. How big of a hater or loser must you be?

I realize that this post will be similarly downvoted, and so I ask: What do you guys get out of up- or downvoting things? It's fake internet points of literally no value or consequence.

Can anyone let me know? 'Cause I don't get it. Why not have a sideways vote button? Of maybe a arrow pointing at 2 o'clock? Those would have equal value.

I feel sorry for some of y'all... It means nothing and has no effect, so why click it (up or down)?

Biggest news of the Spring Game

quote:

Nick Saban: "I've been struggling a little bit with one of my hips. ... We're going to do an evaluation of this at the end of spring. They say even it it's a worst case scenario, it may be 6 or 8 weeks."

Very impressed with Shane Lee. He seemed to be in position and he's built like a Mack truck.

I'd be annoyed, too, at the number of drops by his WRs. But I can't see how that's viable criticism of Tua today...

I do not agree with disinterested. I did not see that today.
