Joe Namath.. The last no 1 pick for Alabama. Of all the absurd amount of talent the last 12 plus years under Saban and not to mention the over 50 years since, he is still the last no 1 pick. And the snake Stabler is the last bama qb to win a superbowl.

This interesting although isn't surprising to statisically. There are only so 32 starting jobs in the NFL and fewer as you go back in history and 1 chance to win the Super Bowl each year. Considering a good percentage of Super Bowls are generally won multiple times by Hall of Fame QBs and there have been only 52 SBs the number of schools with Super Bowl winning QBs is going to be small.

The more I sit and watch it, the more inexcusable it is. He freaking had it. He’s 250lbs, jump your arse on it and make them take it from you

In addition to the Super Bowl facts, Alabama QBs won the first three Super Bowls. Starr, Starr, and Namath. And, until Brees won, Alabama had more SB winning QBs than any other school. Now purdue is tied with us at 3 I believe.
