Why don't we? The answer to some of that is early NFL draft.

Why do we end up with a true freshman as our best option at QB? Are we not able to accurately evaluate and/or develop talent so that we can groom a QB behind a senior guy (eg: Greg behind JPW, AJ behind Greg, etc).

If we are fielding a young team after 10 years, I think there's fair questions to be asked.
