You could see every *stros fan over 30 in that crowd simultaneously have a flashback when that ball was hit.

What’s y’all’s 3 favorite Moments of this postseason?

Mine:

1. Matzek in Game 6 of the NLCS

2. Dansby and Soler going B2B in Game 4 of WS

3. Freddie going deep off Hader

8th inning of Game 2 in NLCS just missed the cut

Matzek, brought on in the middle of a big fat stinking mess & then striking out Pujols, Souza & Betts. Legendary

Throwing 3 straight fastballs down the middle to Betts and striking him out will always be the moment that I remember most from this run

If you can only keep Rosario or Soler, who do you try and keep?

Both. But if only 1......Rosario.

We added Duvall, Pederson, Solar, Rosario before or at the trade deadline.
All 4 outfielders making HUGE playoff contributions in winning the World Series.
Do y'all think we still win it all with Acuna/Ozuna/Heredia?
With 2 of those, we were up 3-1 in last year's NLCS before folding.

The Acuna injury was a blessing in disguise for this team. Crazy to think that’s the case. But I feel a committee approach to replace Acuna was the difference. But I sure as hell can’t wait to have Acuna back in 2022.

I don’t think I can ever criticize AA again.

He put together the greatest Trade deadline in Major League Baseball history

It depends.

Lots of talk that the NL will add the DH for next season. If that happens, Soler is the man. He was made for that role.

But they need to keep both.

Cut Duvall and Pedo loose. They'll be available again next year at the trading deadline anyway.

Hopefully this whole experience has helped Acuña mature. He sat there and watched what this team did without him.

GM AA got covid and couldn't make the trip, that's so brutal.

I'm sure he's pretty happy regardless.

If Duvy doesn't get hurt game 1 NLCS last year I think we win that series.

I don't understand this. What is not mature about his play? We still harping over him not hustling out a double when MLB randomly nerfed the balls going into the 2019 playoffs?

If we had his defense in right/center during the playoffs some of those balls that got down wouldn't have.

You don't understand? Seriously?

He did it once during the regular season, in August. He was removed from the game by Snitker.

Then he did it again in the playoffs.

This isn't even a remotely intelligent comment. First, if it was going into the playoffs, why did he do it in August? Second, if it was MLB and the balls, why didn't other Braves do it?

You obvously don't do baseball very well if you "don't understand".

How good is his defense in center if he's sitting on the bench because Snitker yanks him?

I'm guessing you either weren't alive or weren't old enough when a much better Braves CF than Acuña also had to learn to mature after getting famously yanked out by the manager. Except that manager didn't wait until the end of the inning. And did it work? Did said CF mature? Absolutely.
