I think we get him unless Duke or Kentucky come calling.
I would be ecstatic if we can get JD and pair him with either Dallan Coleman or Chance Moore. We need guards in the 2021 class, Petty and Herb will be seniors on their way out and Kira will probably be leaving too.
ETA: Won't surprise me if we end up with another transfer guard.

Hopefully we can get in on Khalil Whitney who just announced he is transferring from Kentucky. 5 star freshman.

Kid rises with ease. Jumper and handle is more than just dunks in his overall game.
Would be a perfect fit for Oats's system.

Just watched Whitney highlights...he will have to work on his jumper but he is athletic.

When Watford chose the tigers, Wade's voice on the tape was still being discussed at length offering thousands for his kids to come play for him. Watford picked this guy in the middle of that shite storm and frankly there's nothing that makes me feel he isn't also getting paid for his troubles. Watford is in the right place.

Supposedly AU stopped recruiting Watford altogether because his recruitment was shady and we were in middle of scandal

If Will Wade is seriously after a kid I think it's a foregone conclusion at this point that major money is on the table. I doubt there is a single scholarship player on the LSU roster who wasn't bought and paid for with a very large sum of money plus cars, houses, no show jobs, etc.

In addition, Primo mentioned that Oregon has been on him extremely hard. They will host five-star junior Alex Tchikou, wouldn’t make me surprised if they eventually try and get Primo on a visit.
Another program is Marquette. Despite not offering him, they’ve been pushing at him hard. Wojo and his staff have been keen on prospects out of Canada with the most recent being Karim Mane who has Marquette as one of his top programs.
Primo says he wants to narrow things down and make a decision in the following months.

I tend to think that ESPN’s recruiting rankings are the worst, but it should be noted that Keon went from #58 to unranked in their latest update.
