Don’t think we can. Pretty sure there’s a rule set where u can only do that like every 4 years or something. I’m talking about the foreign tour anyways. We can still play a couple exhibitions I think, but I doubt we will. We never play more than one

There is no way that those guys have spent much time in the weight room with ponytail. They were lifting very light weight. Ponytail scammed the University

I was looking at recent SEC teams that followed an average season with a big season.
2016-17 Auburn goes 18-14.
2017-18 26-8
2017-18 LSU goes 18-15.
2018-19 28-7
2018-19 BAMA goes 18-16.
Could BAMA be the team that emerges for a big season or do y'all think it happens 2020-21?

We are a year away talent wise to have a true breakout, but I could see us scaring the hell out of some top 5 seed team in the round of 32.

The trend for us has been to follow an average season with 10 more average seasons.

Hell yeah, that's my high school alma mater. Been over 10 years since I graduated, but still get to some games every so often.
I've seen Austin play numerous times. He's a good player. Better than his ratings indicate. He has to play inside a lot because he's just bigger than most of the kids that he plays with & against. But he's very skilled, and would be a good wing guard/forward at the college level. Hope we can get him.

Tom Ritter correct me if I'm wrong but I believe Auburn & LSU had both been in the dumps or average as well for several years before they finally had a break out season.

247 has him crystal balled 100% to Bama, apparently we offered a while ago and Pettway is his main recruiter.
I agree that he is a lot better than his 247 ranking. He will probably climb in the ranking a good bit in the next year, glad we got in on him early,

Big change for them was a great coaching hire who upgraded their overall recruiting (Yes, Jones signed Simmons and the 5 star SG). That bodes well for Bama.

Not to mention his offense and defense have some very favorable comparisons to what Pearl has brought to Auburn.
