Kirk Herbstreit Had An Interesting Response To Lane Kiffin To Ole Miss News
© Jeremy Brevard-USA TODAY Sports
As of Friday night Ole Miss and FAU head coach Lane Kiffin were finalizing a deal. On Saturday morning, ESPN college football analyst Lane Kiffin had this response...
quote:

“Thank you to the college football gods,” Herbstreit joked. He cannot wait to see Kiffin back in the SEC West, going up against Nick Saban, Ed Orgeron and Co.

“The way he stirs things (up), he can’t help himself.”

Fratdad....why the anger? What did KH say that isn't the truth? It should be fun seeing Kiffin in the SEC as a coach, and yes, he runs his mouth and stirs things up. Have fun and enjoy it.

It was a backhanded compliment but a compliment nonetheless. MooSt is the big loser here. In addition, recruiting the state of Mississippi will be more difficult for offensive players IMO.

LOL. He will be able to recruit against because everyone knows he will be there 1-2 years tops then he will Tennessee his way to the first big job that comes along.

With that QB they have…. If LK can recruit a defense, look out.

"With that QB they have…. If LK can recruit a defense, look out." The only thing Lane cares to recruit nowadays are 17 year olds

What has Lane won as a head coach?

He's 61-34 as a college head coach. For reference, the win today puts Coach O at 55-36.
