Come on now - both men should have been arrested, not one. If you slap or hit someone first and started the fight, you should be arrested minus losing the fight. That is clearly an example of implicit bias.

The title implies ("Whoop Some United Airlines Kiosk Clerk...") that this is righteous and justified behavior. "Some clerk"? As opposed to "a clerk"? As in deserves this treatment? Sets a fine example, ya think? Good lord, Larry.
