Clearly he lost from a financial perspective, but it’s lousy to franchise a player (particularly an RB) multiple years. Originally he said he wanted to change things for RBs in the league, but maybe he’s done something more important. Maybe he’s shown that you don’t have to take the tag up the rear just because a team says so.
