The Cleveland Browns can't get it together. I almost feel bad for them. On Tuesday, the Browns reportedly agreed to a deal to acquire Cincinnati Bengals QB A.J. McCarron, because we all know the QB situation there. The deal was reportedly consummated at 3:55 p.m. ET, just five minutes before the deadline. But the Browns peeps were so excited to get the deal in, they forgot to press send...and well, no deal...
