Not a real smart move for sure! He obviously hurt his team chances of winning the game. But I'm sure he'll be looking for a contract extension and a huge pay increase? Hate to break his heart but it won't happen!

The hell with taking it easy on him. These guys get paid millions to play a game and be elite at it. Stupid, unnecessary penalty.

One play has never cost anybody a game. You have to be smarter there but there were also times where key drops happened that would have kept drives alive. A game is a culmination of plays but the focus gets put on the last few plays. If this happens in the first qtr its not even talked about.

The refs cost the Bengals big time. Even on the play being discussed above, you clearly see the offensive lineman holding. The NFLdecides who goes.

Remember Houston/Buffalo Conference championship andhow that score changed after Dallas beat San Fran. That is a very good start.

Reminds me a lot of Marcus Williams’ momentary retardation from the meaningless miracle

One player doesn’t lose a game. The Chiefs were the superior team.

This guy was crying on the sideline. No need to pile on.

Exactly, he knew he fricked up. Anyone could have made that mistake.

And at the end of the day, it was one play. A crucial play, but just one. Could have been offset by better play earlier in the game. I feel for the guy.

If I'm one of the coaches I am taking mental notes of players like that. I get the frustration maybe at the time, but doing that waaay after the fact is a problem.

Mahommes flopped and the league ate it up. Just like the extra play they got.

"We're not going to make it about one play," Bengals Coach Zac Taylor said of Ossai's penalty. "There was plenty of plays we left on the field today that could have put us in a better position."

I was pulling for the Chiefs but that was kind of a soft penalty call.

It was one of those that if you go by the soft arse rules of the NFL it’s a penalty but it absolutely should never be called in that situation

It was a pretty inadvertent penalty when you look at it as Ossai was losing his footing at that moment falling forward making it look like more of a push than it was or was meant to be. Only thing he could have done better was slow down sooner but he’s trying to make that stop.

I was just texting one of my friends to comment on how #58 had been all over the field that entire game making plays. Then he does that. Sucks because he had a great game up until then.

At least he was hustling. 57 flopped when trying to tackle Pacheco earlier
