They don't fly to Seattle or Salt Lake, what about Palo Alto, Pullman, Eugene and Corvallis?

As long as the checks Allegiant writes to the league don't bounce, they don't care. The guys at the league office probably don't eat "the official bologna of the PAC Twelve" either. I know it's shocking.

Flew Allegiant a couple weeks ago and they told passengers they are undergoing pretty massive expansion with new cities and hubs coming this year and next. Guessing they will be hitting Salt Lake City and Seattle as part of that.
