Now,how do you define Offensive Line? First string, second string, third string, and pay on a descending scale? When a first gets hurt, in trouble (hyptothetically) or drops out of school, does his moved-up replacement get his $$? Are walkons left out of the mix until they are officially x-string? Is it based on playing time? per game? total season? Just saying "offensive line" is nebulous, and money is hard numbers, even if it's the sainted Notre Dame.

It won't make their annoying glowing helmets any easier to watch.

Ya'll are funny. Bunch of kids get probably a $1000 endorsement deal per kid with a BBQ joint and it is the end of college sports. Everyone can make money off of them except themselves, is that right? Any of you idiots who say they get free college, room and board, need to move away from 1972. This is a multi-billion dollar industry, has been for a long time and it is only getting bigger. Heaven forbid the people who actually make it happen get a deal with the BBQ shop, Walk-Ons or Juiceland. But, but, but Nike and Under Armour will make Oregon and Maryland the best programs and California schools will run college football. No one cares about football at Maryland, no one cares about, nor pays attention to football in California. Why do you think their best players leave? As for Oregon, Nike has pumped millions into it and they still cannot get out of the Pac-whatever. No one cares about Oregon football, except Oregon football fans. From Texas to Florida and up to Ohio and Michigan is where the people who show up, travel to, spend way too much money on and love our teams live. It is not in Maryland, it is not Oregon, and it sure the hell is not in California. We will be fine. We actually watch the games, we actually fill our stadiums, we actually know players on teams other than ours and those teams with those large, loyal fan bases are the ones that are most marketable for players. Maryland, lol.

Well, college football is now a buying free-for-all. Schools will simply use their alums to sponsor kids and this will be the NUMBER ONE TOOL in recruiting. NOTHING else will be as important as how much their alums are paying their recruits, signees, and players. I guess it does cut out all the middle men and "uncles".

It won’t be long until college football uniforms look like a NASCAR driving outfit full of patches and logos

Mission BBQ is great. I'm surprised the left hasn't created a movement to boycott it.

So this is a sponsorship is solely because they play for ND. But these kids still think they are wagging the dog.
