Arizona State President Out Of The Clouds With A Shot At Jim Harbaugh

During an interview with 98.7 FM Arizona Sports, Arizona State University president Michael Crow took a shot at Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh..

“(Jim) Harbaugh, the coach at Michigan, he was the quarterback when ASU won the (1987) Rose Bowl. I would love — before whatever happens to him, since he can’t beat Ohio State, I would love to see us now take him on and beat him as coach.”
Well, okay then.

Arizona St. had better come up with a better team than what they've been putting on the field in recent years if they expect to beat Michigan. It's one thing for Ohio St. or the SEC to troll Harbaugh. But Arizona St. ?

If Harbaugh spent as much time actually coaching as he does doing sleepovers with teenage boys he might actually compete in the big games.

I believe the idiom you are looking for is “out of the blue” not clouds.
