White House Social Media Director Calls Out LaVar Ball
© Joe Camporeale-USA TODAY Sports
This all started after LaVar Ball downplayed the fact that President Donald Trump helped get his son and two UCLA basketball players released after they were detained in China over a shoplifting incident. White House Director of Social Media Dan Scavino Jr. wasn't too happy that Ball wasn't more appreciative...

The President was also not happy with Ball's lack of thanks...

All Trump had to do was shut up and Lavar would have been the idiot but not to be outdone, he had to drop the "I should have left them in jail". He had the high road on lock, and shite the bed.

100% agree. Both serious attention whores. Bored and tired of both of them.

Look, either get the UCLA player out of Chinese jail because it's the right thing to do, or leave them there because they deserve it. Don't secure their releases and then indignant because one of their dads is an attention whoring moron. The president of the United States should be above petty internet slap fights with pseudo-celebrities.

Unfortunately, people who support the crybaby of the century have very poor character judgement and no respect for the office, so they applaud this childlike behavior.

Am I the only one that thinks The President of the United States should not be tweeting about LaVarr Ball? I'm with Steve Kerr when he says that he wishes the media would stop covering both of these humans.

This mule is nothing but another one of those entitled “democrats”. It’s problem is it thinks it more relevant than it actually is.

He should've let LaVar go over there and negotiate his own son's release. LaVar would've run his piehole, gotten himself thrown into a cell next to his son. Everybody wins.

don't hijack the fact that he finally had a successful negotiation...congrats to this administration lol. They won bigly for those players

I like that idea. Amazing and maybe its not, how ungrateful one comes across when the President of the US goes out of his way to help get your son out of a bad situation in a foreign land. How hard is it say Thank You? Come on.

The Balls should be thanking the President for helping them. Was this strictly a political move by the President? Yes, but it doesn't change the fact that Trump helped his son out of a dangerous, life altering situation.

The WH is correct but LaVar thinks shoplifting in another country is no big deal. Dude is nothing but trash with cash.

I know, LaVar's not that great either. ;)

...add 99% of media outlets too. Hate Trump all you want but give credit when it's due. Same when Obama was in office, half the country literally wants them to fail as president which is really fricked up.
