Play your position and do your job on the field. I coach and use tennis and golf as examples all the time... trust your teammates and make the right play. You can't take on an entire team by yourself, and the older you get the more that becomes true. The more you try to do it by yourself, the worse it usually ends up. Even if you're on a shitty team, make the right play and trust your teammates. Any big shots watching who actually know the game will know who did their job as part of the team.
