No wonder Jordan is considered the GOAT. He was always guarded by Kerr, Ehlo, Starks, Russell, Marlje. Those guys wouldn't even be starters in today's NBA.

I remember the Celtics strategy against him in an early playoff appearance. Bird essentially said, "It was pretty clear after the first quarter that none of us or even all of us couldn't stop him. So, we focused on the other 4 and shutting them down, figuring he couldn't outscore ALL 5 of us." Seemed pretty smart and, it worked.
