Looks like a lot of umpiring from the late 70's, 80's .... early 90's. Too high. Ball has to be between middle thigh to bottom of the rib cage though it can be up to a full foot outside "as long as pitcher is hitting his target" kind of crap.

I mean they look balls that could be borderline strikes to me. The "strike zone" that the guy puts in the video goes all the way up to the numbers.
