how about getting her a Camry for half the price, and invest the rest? I've never understood the need for flashy cars like this. Insurance is through the roof, thieves will target it, and I'm sure this lady's neighbors will has some thoughts.

I take it you have never driven or owned a Maserati- they are on another level as to driving experience. They are worth every penny, cars with soul, although the Maseratis of the 60's & 70's were the ultimate! Look up Khamsin, Bora, Merak, Indy and the 1st Ghibli from the late 60's.
