The Auburn quarterback is expected to miss this weekend’s game against LSU, the second consecutive game he will be sidelined due to a right shoulder injury, a source told AL.com on Wednesday.
Finley is dealing with a Grade 2 AC sprain in his throwing shoulder, according to a source with direct knowledge of the situation, and it is unclear how long the injury will keep him sidelined. The junior injured his shoulder late in the first half of Auburn’s 41-12 loss to Penn State on Sept. 17, when he took off on a keeper inside the final minute of the half before being dragged down by multiple defenders.
