LSU senior safety Jay Ward announced Wednesday that he is declaring for the 2023 NFL Draft.

Ward was a versatile defensive back in the Tigers' secondary the last few years who could play cornerback, nickel, and safety. He had one extra year of eligibility left but is headed to the pros

Update: Ward will be playing in the Citrus Bowl.
