I don't believe many of us care where these players play, it's their right to play wherever they want. They are independent contractors but shouldn't expect that they can play both sides of the court. The PGA Tour also has the right to decline any player (suspend) from playing on the PGA Tour. As far as the majors, The Open disinvited Greg Norman this year although Norman is a 2 time champion. That was a decision by the R&A which I believe was the right decision. I believe that the Masters will not allow any player who has chosen to play on the LIV to play in the 2023 Masters. We shall see. The PGA Championship & U.S. Open I believe will follow suit. The President's Cup is fast approaching and it will be interesting to see what happens there. Golfing greats like Palmer, Nicklaus, Woods put the game of golf where it is today. No coincidence that the game of golf is where it is because of the opportunities given through the PGA Tour.
