Georgia RB James Cook didn't think about a few things while driving with an open container. Per 247sports...

Georgia running back James Cook was arrested over the weekend on charges of driving with an invalid license and open container, and Dawgs247 has obtained the details that led to it all.

According to the Athens-Clarke County Police Department arrest report, an officer observed a Dodge Charger around 12:44 a.m. ET on December 14 traveling east on East Clayton Street in downtown Athens. The car had a dealer tag and when the officer maneuvered behind the vehicle to observe the date on the tag, the driver immediately moved into the middle lane.

'The car had a dealer tag and when the officer maneuvered behind the vehicle to observe the date on the tag, the driver immediately moved into the middle lane." What's the significance of immediately moving to the middle lane?

It’s a crime now to move into a different lane when a cop comes up behind you? Is that really the justification for pulling this guy over?

Damn, Georgia. Does Kirby Smith recruit prisons, or does he simply stock them?

I don’t think clarifying the vehicle was a Dodge Charger was necessary
