That's the exact opposite of what Florida did. They interviewed one guy who wanted the LSU job badly and hired him right away from a G5 school. That is a prime example of scared money. To be fair, I like Napier and I think he will do well there, but let's not pretend that was an extremely safe hire for Florida.
