Conor McGregor Standing On Broken Leg 3 Weeks After Gruesome Injury

It's only been 24 days since Conor McGregor breaking his left tibia and fibula fighting Dustin Poirier, but the UFC star is already standing on it...

TMZ Sports has obtained a photo of McGregor outside of a Beverly Hills hotel ... rocking a walking boot, standing while chatting with a friend.

We're told shortly after the photo was taken, McGregor sat on his scooter and rode into the hotel gym -- where he put himself through a workout.

It's pretty damn impressive ... considering the injury only happened at UFC 264 on July 10.

I had the same exact injury. I had the same exact surgery he did, getting a rod in my leg. I had a cast for 8 weeks with crutches. This man is taking growth hormone.
