Alabama running backs Najee Harris and Brian Robinson will begin the season suspended after missing a team function, according to AL.com:

Najee Harris and Brian Robinson will begin the season on the sidelines for Alabama after missing a team function, according to a source close to the team. The pair will not be out for the entire game, but could miss the first half.

With Harris and Robinson out, freshman running back Kielan Robinson of Washington D.C. is expected to start.
