The "collective" that A $ M has put together should be illegal. They are forming LLC's that have no product or service, just a pot of money to pay recruits. A company should have to prove that it's actually a real company to be able to pay NIL money. Exactly what are their name, image and likeness being used for when there is no product or service offered from the entity paying them?

Nick's pissed because he was getting away with it in secret, not the field is more level and the midget is angry.

They have to put a cap on the nil money or texas a&m will end up being the yankees of college football. Buying championships.

This is semantics. Schools are paying players....indirectly. That is the purpose of the NIL is it not? How are recruits getting the NIL deals? They are facilitated through the school basically.
