They’ve lost late in the season twice and end up winning a championship both times. Can’t beat luck.

Three quotes, and still no "We welcome you to Munchkin Land." What a gip.

Yeah, poor Nick. Alabama just gets screwed year after year.

Yeah because a loss earlier in the season can more easily be attributed to working out kinks, inexperience, etc., but losing late is just losing, a lot harder to make excuses except maybe injuries.

Saban: what are you people thinking? I can't figure out how these rules are supposed to help me.

It literally does not matter when Alabama loses. Losses have zero effect on them whatsoever. They can lose 2 and still get a seed while other teams have been left out. I don’t even pay attention to this drivel because they’re going to get voted in anyway. Not even winning the SEC CHAMPIONSHIP matters when it comes to BAMA

Not even winning their DIVISION matters when it comes to Bama.

Losing late has always been worse than losing early. But many teams lose late and get back in the mix like Florida in 1996 and Bama last year. Both lost last regular season game to biggest rival but resume strong and things fell into place.

What is late with him? He lost to LSU and was gifted with a replay for the title. He lost to Auburn and had gifted replay for the title. Dosn't sound like his team was impacted, but just rested while the others beat each other up.

"My issue with the playoff is that if you lose late in the season it has a much greater impact than if you lose early in the season" That's rich considering the source.

"Nick Saban on new NCAA rule on limiting staff to 20 headsets: “I don’t know who is driving all this stuff" Nick can't figure out why you shouldn't have 60 coaches on staff.

I can't figure out what's wrong with having extra coaches either. Explain it to me.

Smaller schools are limited on resources. limit on coaches/headsets makes it more “even”
user avatar
imjustafatkid71 months
@treedupre1 Why is it supposed to be "even?"
