I would say after the last few games last year there are questions on exactly how good he is. He obviously has great skills, but for the majority of the season, he had all day to throw to the best set of wide receivers in the country. He looked very mortal against good defenses(Georgia and Clemson) that had a good pass rush and could cover the receivers for some amount of time.

Clemson was the best defense in the country and he was decent against them. They capitalized on his tendency to be too confident in his pre-snap reads and got 2 crucial picks off of it. NFL defenses will do the same thing if it isn’t fixed He’ll still go in the 1st round because worse qbs than him get taken that high every year

He was injured during both UGA and Clemson games. When healthy, he was unstoppable for a college QB. My biggest question about him in the NFL is when he plays with a mediocre supporting cast and faces more defensive pressure.

Eh. Clemson exposed his pre read bullshite. I question his mental toughness. After every bad throw or pick, he would act “hurt”. Looks like he has the “loser’s limp” to me. That said, he is still a good QB, but he has an nfl supporting cast with an incredible OL, 3 NFL backs, and 3-4 NFL WRs too. Hard not to look good with easy reads and nfl talent. Looks like a less talented mariota to me.
