I absolutley love how White recruits, the best that I can recall in my adult lifetime without quesiton. I love that he seems to target a SPECIFIC need and attach it relentlessly. Look around CBB and it's easy to see that most teams today just jack a metric frickton of 3s, alabama is the poster boy at this but hey I mean it seems to work. So it might be easy to just say "look we're going to go find anyone that can shoot 3s and that's our focus" but that wouuldn't necewssarily help us with the rest of our roster. We got out-physicalled a good bit in the post last year especially if Russ was out so we've gone out and secured a legit center prospect in addition to a shot blocking extraoridnnaire. We're instantly going to be a better force down low than we've been in a long time, not to mention bringing in some damn fine guards as well. Oh and of course the 5* athletic wing to boot.
Man I'm loving this roster. I'm not as bad as K9 but at this time of the year 7 months away from games it's hard not to let the mind wander about our possibilties...

Love Frank. You could tell he was the ultimate teammate and he kind of had a mini breakout at the end of the year.
I’m not sure he was better than Tchewa in general but I think he was a much better fit down low with the rest of the team.
Definitely understand his decision though. Gonna be tough to find minutes with Somto, Asa, Abson, James, and Godfrey on the team

RJ Melendez commits to Mississippi St. Odd move imo. We’ve essentially out recruited them and have a better NIL package. He should have stayed imo.

Who knows honestly. Maybe he felt threatened. Maybe he didnt get along with the CMW. Miss St has gone to the tournament a couple years in a row. Its not like hes going to a bottom tier SEC team. I wish he woulda stayed, but hope he does well (except when we play him)
