The legislation was passed in 2023 and is limited to in state prospects.

Last year Missouri finished 21st in the 247 team rankings and are currently sitting at 25.

If your state isn’t producing blue chip players, how much of a competitive advantage is it?

And finished 3rd in the SEC last year and 1st in the Cotton Bowl over THE Ohio State.

Coaching kids up. And this offense is loaded again this year. The D, which sent 5 to the NFL, is being restocked with 4* and 5* talent and bringing back 4 talented players.

But Drinkwitz has to prove he can build on last year. We shall see.

Well, congrats on that. Just keep finding those asst. coaches for us. You're doing a fine job getting them ready for the bigs.

Keep gloating over the sideways move of an assistant coach you are overpaying. Kelly is still your HC.

Missouri has a top 5 recruiting class incoming. And some good transfer portal guys. We'll see what Gates can do with them. I'm not that sanguine about next year despite the influx of talent. Hope I'm wrong.

It took a decade or more to recover from Babs. What could have been if she never set foot on campus.

Why does she have a bunch of Tennessee gear on? And who the hell will pay over $2K for her autograph?

Haven’t been playing football either. 1 winning season in last 5 years is not exactly good, just saying!

That has nothing to do with what was promulgated by the legislature.

Further, you’re not loaded with 4 and 5 star players relative to the top half of the conference. If Missouri matches last year’s win total, it will be because they have an incredibly weak schedule not stockpiled talent.

Yes. Her involvement of hiring powers replacement (woody), academic requirements, and financial strain she put on athletics. It took 10-15 years to dig out from her tenure.

That is because this just started last year. It will only get better.

There is quite a bit of talent in St. Louis. This gives Mizzou a chance of keeping them home vs heading to Ohio St, Alabama, Notre Dame. Zeke’s recruiting would have been interesting in this day and age.

Every state should be actively passing Mizzouri’s NIL law, regardless of how many blue chip players the state produces.

I did not say stockpiled talent. But they have plenty of talent in the starters. And how long will stockpiled talent be willing to sit on the bench when the portal, more NIL and immediate PT are beckoning?
