Was skenes good enough to pitch in the big leagues last year?

I know eligibility wise he had to play another year of college ball, but just on pure ability, was his stuff major league level last year?

towards the end of the year maybe.
He really started working in the rest of his pitches as he went on but he was super fastball heavy early in.
He could have been a reliever early on.
