Haven’t hit what I’d call a mid life crises, but around 45 I just didnt want to go to work anymore. Still grinding it out, but looking at any way possible at early retirement or seriously thinking about just scaling my role back to something that’s low stress and bare minimum schedule until I can retire.

Mid career burnout is very real in my experience. I don't hate my job but feel like I'm just going through the motions. I have zero motivation to advance any further in my career but I have 15+ years left to work
