And what did you buy? Got a new computer but isn’t doing enough for me. Thinking of picking up a rifle and going to a range or buying a small sports car / maybe a watch

I think I hit it a month ago. Started researching Motorcycles out of no where. 3 months ago I would have told you that they are stupid death traps. Now I want one.

Haven’t hit what I’d call a mid life crises, but around 45 I just didnt want to go to work anymore. Still grinding it out, but looking at any way possible at early retirement or seriously thinking about just scaling my role back to something that’s low stress and bare minimum schedule until I can retire.

At age 40. Began working out and getting into shape. Started seeing an unbelievably hot 21 year old girl.

Electric guitar. Been noodling around on an acoustic for a few years. Wish I would have got an electric sooner. Starting lessons in a couple weeks.

Not really sure but I can't see me using material purchases as a barometer.

If I use travel and experiences as the gauge, probably around 2014 or so (38 years old) when I started to view travel more as an investment that returns at a much higher rate than any monetary investment i can make and it will never EVER lose value.

When my voice got deeper and I started growing facial hair.

Of course, I'm Sudanese.

It must be fun to have money during a mid life crisis.

I was flat broke after my divorce. The only things I bought were some cheap guitar pedals from an estate sale and a ps4 off of a Livingston parish meth head.

I was also flat broke a few years later after a near death experience. All I did was work some part time music gigs to pay for some extra concert tickets and grew my hair out.

I envy the dudes who had money to burn and bought red convertibles.

I think I had somewhat of a “reverse mid-life crisis”.

I definitely like myself more and I am more at peace with who I am at 42 than I was at 22 or 32.

Just bought some very expensive speakers. Would also love to buy a new boat but will probably hold off on that for now.
