This was Mayor Broome/Lamont Cole/City of BR’s biggest misstep. If they wouldn’t have pushed this lawsuit then JBE would have appointed one of his cronies to the position with tons of input from them.
Instead we actually get people that actually want St. George to succeed. So big win for St. George and another L for Broome/Cole

He would’ve appointed John Delgado as a big ‘frick you’ to the residents. Delgado would’ve then proceeded to intentionally run St. George into the ground. Would’ve been way more effective than the lawsuit.
