College football is a different game than the NFL. He's average to below average as an NFL prospect. That's based on film guys believing Burton was underrated and part of that being due to Milroe's play.
That said, he's a weapon. I'm just not sure he can be made into the pocket passer Penix was. Can Deboer tinker with his offense enough to allow Milroe to function well within it? That'd be the outlet that allows Bama success, IMO. I highly doubt Milroe is gonna be able to run it the exact same way Penix did.
