I'd guess he has just been sitting back and watching and waiting for the wall street monsters to create another exploitable situation and now he is getting everyone ready to pounce when the time is right.

If I’m not mistaken GME doesn’t have a ton of short interest compared to the last squeeze. Could be interesting.

I'm guessing after he lost his case and paid the 4 million dollar fine for misleading investors he probably couldn't trade or post for 3 years.
Most likely he still had a bag of gme stock he wants to pump before unloading
