Let’s hope for no runner interference for starters

Start Moffett and hopefully get 5 or 6. May need some relief help from Anderson and Coleman and even Ack if he’s ok to go. Oh and Ulloa may help too!

Here is LSU's conference game three runs allowed:

15
12
7
13
8
2
7
14

I think the bats are going to need at least 10 runs to have a shot at it. So far this year, the bats haven't had a Sunday like that.

I'd start Anderson and hope he has it but be willing to pull him early. They keep using a lot of lefties in their lineup. Dutton, Moffett, Hellmers, and Ullola are a pretty decent list of options for a Sunday. Johnson might give you a good inning too against a string of lefties. Coleman or Loer too. No reason to go to Hurd before all those guys are burnt.

For as many runs as we keep giving up on Sundays it's really not due to a lack of arms, but moreso the way we've managed the pen. We shouldn't have burnt Little and Herring in a loss Friday but that one was a tough call. Last Sunday we shouldn't have pulled Ack so early and then left Dutton in 3 batters too long after a good outing, and then brought Hurd and Loer in before Moffett. Stupid bullpen management like that is what kills us every weekend

We need runs & lots of them. We score 6 or 7 & we probably lose.

Score a lot of runs on Sunday for a change. Idk why we haven’t hit Sunday pitching that well all year.

I’m hoping Alabama is as far down in their bullpen as we are.

If I’m JJ I’m having a “I need you to nut up” talk with Hurd. I’m not a fan of him but he’s our best legit shot to get 5-6 out of a starter. Moffett doesn’t have that in him. Anderson is good for maybe one time through a lineup. Ack’s hurt. Little’s a once a weekend guy, Herring I’m saving for the end. What else we got?
