Vandy in 2012. That Vanderbilt team was a 9-4 James Franklin team. They went 5-3 in the SEC that season, beating Auburn, Kentucky, Ole Miss, and Tennessee in addition to Mizzou. They also beat NC State in the Music City Bowl. Not exactly your typical Vanderbilt team.

Mississippi State in 2015. That was Dak Prescott leading them to a 9-4 record. Funny enough, they also beat NC State in their bowl game.

So yes, we've lost at home to Vanderbilt and Mississippi State. But not the way you'd think.
