Maybe the younger SEC fans just need to understand, relish, celebrate, and dwell on how bad A&M football was before the mid 1970s. It’s historical fact.

Despite all the posturing from you clowns, yall aren’t exactly great right now either

Definitely some oddities there…

21-11-2 vs Bama, UGA and LSU
5-11-1 vs State, Vandy and USCe

Texas only has a losing record against South Carolina and Vanderbilt, strangely enough.

Pretty sure Cocks were not in the SEC at the time

Oklahoma has Vanderbilt to thank for the Red River Rivalry

Dores went to TX so often and whipped the nutless bovine at the State Fair the queer steers in austin stopped playing them and started playing Oklahoma instead.

FWIW, Utx does not have a winning record against Vanderbilt in

Football
Basketball
Baseball

Tell me about it. Once Texas beats Mississippi State, they’ll have a winning record against 13/15 SEC opponents!

Not only were they fighting the wars, aggy single-handedly won WW1 AND WW2. General Pershing and Patton even said so. Patton even gave aggy permission to play the theme song to the movie Patton ( which would be made decades after his death) 100 times at every aggy sporting event.

This is all wrong.

Every ROTC program quotes Patton saying their cadets won the war.

Didn't realize we had even played Texas once. Looking forward to adding them to our schedule.

We play them this year in Austin.

I look for Stoops to pull out all the stops, including dumping the refs Gatorade cooler during halftime again

And probably more ai images for our schedule

There is a historical perspective which Texas fans love. But then you can look at the last 20 years.

More importantly, I care about the coming season of football and getting to the playoffs. We could be winless for all I care, not helping the current staff or players.

If you team was great 25 years ago? Kudos to you and that former generation. You can thank you parents and grandparents of the 1960s.

Since 2000, Texas is 9-3 against a&m, with most of those wins being blowouts

You do know the 1960s wasn’t 25 years ago, right?

You do know Texas just had a better season in 2023 than any aggie season in the last 85 years, right?

Lot of talk from a Texas team that has gone 5-7 four times since 2009.

Texas has one good season and now they’re the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Texas is back!
