For $3.9 million, that'll get you a 300 sq.ft. shed in my backyard.
Amazing to see the price differentials between us here in California and the rest of the country.
P.S. -- My "backyard" is only a 500 sq.ft. balcony on the 18th floor. Not much room!

No wonder he wanted out of Lexington, carpet in the bedrooms? Gross. House looks a little dated too, not good dated, but like late 90's, early 2000's dated.

Over 400 a square foot? Way over priced.

That place was for sale forever when he bought it.Kept the builder from going bust. Where is Pope living?

A nice house but extremely overpriced.

Just as tacky as you would expect.

In that area, in such great town, that might fall into the "steal" category.
Lexington is a really nice place to live and this is in a dream neighborhood. Who cares whether you like Cal or not, if you have the money this is a great deal.

That’s some strangely dated, old, mismatched furniture for that style of house.

I’m in no place to piss on someone else’s success and I admit I’ll never have a house worth that much, but that property seems kind of meh for a guy making $8M a year. Basically looks like a spec house. I’m sure location has a lot to do with the price and maybe the nomadic nature of coaching means you don’t want anything “unique” when it comes time for moving. But with Cal’s money and security you’d think he’d build whatever he or his wife wants.

$4 million for real estate with just a little over a acre of land? frick that.

He would have to downsize if he only spends $4M on a house in Fayetteville. NWA isn’t poor like Lexington. House prices through the roof in NWA but everyone is moving there and nobody is moving to Lexington or Kentucky in general so makes sense
