I suspect the problem at UT and ATM is based on donor expectations as it is. Not necessarily winning expectations BUT expectation of program access and input.

That'll go a loooonnngggg way. Mack Brown is from the old school...he flat out knows how to walk that razors edge of giving donors the attention they crave while maintaining control over the program. Sark is fortunate to have a blue print to follow...he is also from the Saban tree so he watched first hand the greatest at doing it that ever existed....the only issue I would be concerned with is the stories about his past....in a pressure cooker its all too easy for cracks in character to become major rifts.
