Wouldn't he be long gone before little brother hits campus? How much confidence would you put in that offer? Either he's good enough to get offers in his own right or OU forgets this offer long before it becomes binding.

Either way it's pathetic on OU's part. One of their fans thinks BV is playing 4-D chess with the move, but I think he might be clinically retarded. The fan I mean.

Yes. What difference does that make? His little brother is a freshman in HS.
