Full disclosure, Texas fans LOVE horns down. For us it's free pub, and we cant get enough (it's particularly enjoyable when Texas isnt even playing or involved at all... which happens A LOT... and we eat it up.)

It's not horns down. It is horns sawed off, and if you knew anything about A&M you would know that. Personally, I think it is funny.
