I THINK I've seen a few diced carrots in Chinese chicken fried rice, so Asian people are in the lead over Hispanics on carrots


Yes. If you like pickled spicy food you might like it, I don't.

I've seen my son-in-law eat a chicken pot pie with carrots in it as well if that counts.
