Maybe if you grew up playing sports you could appreciate them. Completely different than just watching others play. I guess if all you know is watching them on TV you never gained the desire to test yourself, to see if you could catch the ball, make the shot, hit the game winner or save the game.
I truly pity you at times.

Nobody said anything about UGA not being elite . Just wouldn’t be too quick to call Bama “ in shambles”…. Since losing in the SECCG y’all have become some salty dogs

I truly pity you at times.
I was a pretty good USS swimmer growing up and walked on UGA's swim team my freshman year (before deciding that killing myself waking up at 4 AM for practices when I'd never see the pool in a meet wasn't worth it).
But watching a UGA swim meet is not even close to watching a UGA football game. Heck, I went to the NCAA championships when they were in Athens and it doesn't compare to UGA vs a cupcake in Sanford Stadium.
Other sports are a fine way to spend a few hours.
Football is a religion. Not just at UGA but at all SEC schools. The other sports really don't matter.

Perhaps you should post some info on the last bama player to catch a td in a Superbowl.
Bama fans are the ones who are salty. Georgia currently has a 4 game winning streak in playoff games. Alabama currently has a 2 game losing streak.

Comparing swimming to basketball and baseball? I get you are trying to make DJ feel better but damn.
Taking joy in a competitive match or game is a joy. But if you only go for the tailgate then I guess a non competitive UGA vs Samford is a better fit for you.

Lol. Nobody cares about college baseball games and nobody cares about basketball games unless their team is good. The fact you think either matters even a twentieth as much as college football shows your delusion.
The fact you think there's a significant difference between baseball and womens tennis or mens golf or swimming is silly as well. None of them matter at all.
Football is 9/10ths of what matters in college sports.
Men's basketball is 1/20th. The remaining 1/20th is divided amongst all the other sports.
The fact you belittle swimming compared to baseball but think baseball matters to some degree compared to football is just silly. I can only guess your best sport growing up was baseball.

I know some not so DGDs gave up a 2nd and 26 walkoff TD for the National Championship and got their arse kicked this year in Atlanta for the SECC…. I remember
