The main terminal is much more accessible, isn't it? I imagine they'll allow in a number of press folks .
The university's hangar is just that, a hangar. Not much space for extra folks.
I will point out that it is quite possible that the university hangar is probably cleaner than the airport terminal considering the last time I was in that hangar. It was spotless.

Fair enough. When I read main terminal it doesn’t make a ton of sense to me though. Coach Saban came in thru Bama Air which is now Hawthorne on this map.
TCL Airport Map
For anyone that actually wants to be out there the main terminal is probably 5 mins or more of a drive to get to the other FBO if thats where he actually comes in

There’s not a ton of parking at the main terminal last I was over there but more than at Hawthorne and pretty much infinitely more than the UA hangar

I've been listening to ESPN Radio last hour and this Fitz guy said he was sideline reporter for 6 UDUB games this year and he has been absolutely gushing over DeBoer(as a person and as a coach) and this hire. Crazy that when you hear everyone who knows him talk about him, they never have enough good things to say about him. It's like they can't find enough words to praise him.

Bama Dixie is right next door to the UA hangar. Kind of half way between the main terminal and Hawthorne. Personally I would probably park there and watch for the plane to land. See which way it turned based on the map I posted and then book it to Hawthorne or the main terminal. Kind of hedge bets. But that’s just me. Could be the main terminal and folks would be better off to just go park over there

JMO is Nick will be with Kalen daily for these next 6 months. Setting up Jr days and all recruiting happenings as normal leading up to spring drills.

Got to keep some assistant coaches.
Has to get the high school coaches onboard.

Lot today but Nick Saban knows the drill. He can play golf starting at 2 pm.

Got it. We typically go there on smaller games and the main for bigger games. When we landed for the Texas game the entire airfield was packed.

Also I kind of bet they’re hoping for a quick exit too. If he lands at 8:27 and there’s a team meeting at 9. That’s basically wheels down, roll a car up to the plane and off they go.

Jayshawn Ross seems psyched about the hire

Certainly I'm not the only one that loathes these photoshopped pics of the new coach in the new team's athletic gear.
Especially a windbreaker looking outfit.
Like he may have to wear that once a year in the South.
