This is awesome. Nissan employs 4,000 Mississippi pours at a huge plant in Mississippi and you're gonna diss the brand.

I've always thought the incentives were way too low. A coach should get a BIG amount for major accomplishments.
Elko's contract is the first I have ever seen with big money incentives. That's the way they should be.
Of course, if Lebby does well without even achieving any of the incentives, he will get a million dollar raise.

Not that hard. From the year A&M and Missouri joined the conference through 2022, State had the 6th most wins in the conference. With three different coaches.
