They just agreed to pay a 33 million dollar buyout plus im assuming they will pay Cal in the ballpark of 8-10 mill a year.

Cal doesn’t have a buyout from another school, just from UK. The $33 million was only if they fired him.

I'd be shocked if we lost Nate due to money. I don't think that will happen. I also don't think the arena thing matters to him much at all as long as we continue committing all the resources he requests to NIL and basketball budget (which we have and he is very happy with). Would he have the leverage to basically demand firm arena stuff? Probably. Would we give it to him? I think we'd do as much as we could.

The concern would be that Nate wants to go to the pinnacle of college basketball and dominate the sport for a decade. If he decides that is what he wants to do, then there isn't much we can do to respond. I think that he really likes the setup at Alabama and feels like he's done all the hard work to set the foundation and is at a point and is now at a point to take the ultimate step. But it would be insane to just brush off Kentucky if they come at him with the full court press. I don't think it's anywhere near an automatic that he'd leave, but any young, hungry basketball coach would be intrigued by that.
